The Rise, Victor
The Rise is a thriving residential community centrally located between picturesque Port Elliot and Victor Harbor, South Australia. Its large expanses of open space and stunning coastal views set this new neighbourhood apart.
The approach to the landscape was to create a network of tree lined streets and parks, play spaces and gathering places which reflect the beautiful coastal contest. Our selection of materials, such as timber and corten steel take on the essence of the beach and coast in the way they weather and change over time. The planting palette draws upon the familiar grey hues with splashes of seasonal colour.
